Softgels(short for “soft gelatin”) capsules are a one-piece hermetically sealed shell that offers longer shelf life, easier swallowability, higher absorption, better bio-availability, and amongst other qualities, higher consumer confidence in the product.
Due to the protective nature of the “shell”, the internal ingredients are protected from atmospheric elements that might harm or deteriorate the quality/efficacy of the product itself.
Softgels are available in: Regular, Chewable, Cosmetic, and Enteric coated softgels.

Capsules work well for powders that are unable to be pressed into tablets, for herbal powder supplements, plant powders, or mineral supplements.
Options for capsules include: regular gelatin, fish gelatin, and vegetable capsules.
